The episode begins with Shivam justifying his decision to refuse the marriage. Nalini responds, “Fine, go talk to Sajeeri and end this relationship. It’s wrong to give false hopes and dreams. If you don’t do this, I’ll assume you’re ready to marry her.” She urges him to think carefully and remember his responsibility. Shivam agrees and leaves to speak with Sajeeri.
Meanwhile, Sajeeri is thinking about Shivam while looking at her engagement ring. Suddenly, Supriya gets dizzy, and Sajeeri along with Sangeeta rush to support her. Sajeeri calls a doctor, who arrives and examines Supriya.
Despite Supriya assuring them she’s fine, the doctor reveals she needs urgent open heart surgery. The cost is high, but the doctor mentions a program for lower-cost surgeries available once a month. Sangeeta points out that the surgery date coincides with Sajeeri’s wedding.
Sajeeri insists on prioritizing the surgery, but Supriya wants the wedding to proceed. An emotional exchange follows, with Supriya expressing her wish to see Sajeeri married before she dies, and Sajeeri insisting she can’t be happy without her mother. Shivam arrives and listens to this conversation.
Supriya then calls Nalini, revealing that Shivam has become like a son to her, not just a son-in-law. Nalini is puzzled until a flashback reveals Shivam’s conversation with Sajeeri about the operation date.
He had promised to ensure Supriya’s surgery would not be delayed due to the wedding. Both events would occur on the same day, fulfilling Supriya’s wishes. Supriya praises Shivam’s values and character.
Back at home, Shivam returns, and Nalini advises Supriya to rest before ending the call. Sajeeri hugs her mother, and Shivam calls out to Nalini, who hugs him and cries. He then goes to his room sadly.
Elsewhere, Mandira calls Aaji and informs her about Shivam’s impending marriage without consulting her. Aaji assumes Sachi is the bride and is unaware of Sajeeri. Mandira doesn’t correct her, instead inviting her to the wedding and anticipating causing a disruption. Aaji is determined to bless Shivam and Sachi, despite the stormy weather.
During the haldi ceremony, both Shivam and Sajeeri participate with their respective families, applying turmeric paste and dancing joyously. However, Shivam remains troubled, thinking of Sachi. On their way to Pune, Aaji and Vikram push through the storm, intent on arriving by morning.
At the mehendi function, Shivam gets Sajeeri’s name written on his hand and becomes emotional, reminiscing about Sachi. Sajeeri, seeing his name on her hand, feels joyful.
In another scene, Sachi is on a call with Nikhil, celebrating a significant day for them. She then accidentally answers a call from Sajeeri. Preeti warns her not to speak, but Sachi mistakenly allows Preeti to reveal that Sajeeri is marrying Shivam, who once proposed to Sachi. Sajeeri overhears this revelation.
