The episode begins with Shivam and Sharad assisting Sajeeri, who smiles gratefully. They offer her a lift, and as they drive, Sharad praises Shivam, mentioning Shivam’s need to impress someone that day, which Shivam shyly denies. Upon reaching home, Shivam offers to help with the cylinder, and Sharad observes their bonding. As Shivam places the cylinder in the kitchen, he notices a board for Sajeeri Snakes and smiles.
Sangeeta stops Shivam, reminding him to remove his shoes outside. In the process, Shivam accidentally drops the car keys. He greets Supriya and inquires about her health, to which she recognizes him as Nalini’s son. She asks Sajeeri to make tea for Shivam, who receives a call and agrees to meet someone in 10 minutes before leaving. He expresses his desire to eat with them next time and departs.
Meanwhile, Sajeeri notices the dropped car keys, picks them up, and rushes to return them to Shivam. Seeing him about to leave, she accidentally falls into his arms. Sharad witnesses this and comments humorously, suggesting a potential new romantic development. Sajeeri returns the keys, and Shivam, smiling, bids farewell and heads home.
Back at home, Shivam gets ready and dances joyfully, catching the attention of Priya, who asks about his happiness. Sharad teases him about being in love, but with the wrong girl. Shivam then imagines proposing to Sachi. Sharad and Priya continue to tease him, noting his repetitive ironing of clothes.
Shivam explains the day’s events, mentioning Sajeeri’s peculiar behavior, like stopping him from eating sweets despite his diabetes and reciting old Bollywood dialogues. He recalls an embarrassing incident at an elite café where Sajeeri’s presence disrupted his meeting with Sachi, leading to an argument and Sajeeri’s quirky use of incorrect English. As he narrates, he makes a comical mistake, leaving everyone amused.
Sajeeri ponders about him. Supriya inquires, “How long will you keep working?” Sajeeri responds, “Until I’m alive.” Supriya expresses her wish for Sajeeri to get married soon, citing her illness and uncertain longevity. Sajeeri assures, “I’m not selfish; I’ll only marry once you’re well.” Suddenly, a call interrupts. Sajeeri hurriedly mentions delivering the tiffin to Asha, hugs her mother, and leaves.
Meanwhile, Shivam muses about Sajeeri’s daily visits, realizing he should focus on proposing to Sachi instead. Sharad notices Shivam’s preoccupation with Sajeeri over Sachi and considers intervening. However, Priya advises against it, acknowledging Shivam’s genuine love for Sachi.
Later, Sajeeri meets with Sachi, who seems distant and upset. Sachi questions Sajeeri’s absence in the morning, to which Sajeeri explains her work commitments for earning money. Sachi then reveals her admission to an MBA program in London, expressing her concerns about their friendship. Despite her fears, Sajeeri congratulates and embraces Sachi, urging her to take care and stay in touch.
As Sachi rushes to meet Rohit, Sajeeri notices their interaction and senses trouble. She overhears Sachi rejecting Rohit’s proposal to marry secretly in London, fearing it would hurt Sajeeri. Feeling betrayed, Sajeeri confronts Sachi, who is visibly distraught and avoids eye contact.
