Ranvijay confronts the men, beating them and capturing the Mukhiya. Mukhiya protests, saying they shouldn’t disrupt the marriage. Ranvijay retorts that they aren’t breaking any marriage and threatens him with police action, kicking him down.
Vaiju intervenes, asking him to let it go, and he takes her away. She thanks him for saving her and questions his arrival, suspecting he lied. He notices her saree and chastises her for not discarding it as he had instructed. She questions his presence, and he reveals it was for Jaya. Concerned, she asks about Jaya’s condition, and he admits it isn’t good.
Vasundara, informed by Ranvijay’s message that he’s returning with Vaiju, urges the doctor to hurry as Jaya’s condition is critical. Vaiju urges Ranvijay to drive faster, leading to a tense exchange. Upon reaching, Vaiju rushes to Jaya, singing a lullaby to calm her. She consoles Kaveri and Saleem, assuring them Jaya will recover.
Vasundara praises Ranvijay for bringing Vaiju in time, expressing hope for Jaya’s recovery. Ranvijay agrees and reassures her everything is fine, though he and Vaiju conceal the truth. Vasundara suggests he rest and remarks on a haldi mark he needs to wash off. Vaiju offers advice, leading to a brief taunt from Ranvijay before he leaves.
Kaveri, on a call, confronts Vaiju about a rumored marriage with Ranvijay. Vaiju explains the misunderstanding, attributing it to Aaji’s confusion about their broken marriage. She calls Aaji to clarify, assuring everything is fine and confirming Ranvijay’s acceptance.
Vaiju checks on Jaya, who is recovering from a coma. The doctor permits her to go home, and Ranvijay insists on taking her to his house for care, thanking the doctor. He questions Vaiju about any issues. Vasundara arrives and persuades Vaiju to come home with them, despite Vaiju’s hesitation. Vaiju finally agrees, stating her commitment to Jaya’s recovery.
At home, Rao Sahab questions Vaiju’s stay, but Vasundara defends her, stressing Jaya’s need for care. Kaki, skeptical, plans to humiliate Vaiju. Ranvijay brings Jaya and Vaiju home, where Kaki insists on performing aarti, mockingly referring to Vaiju as Ranvijay’s wife. Vaiju, uncomfortable, leaves hand impressions on the wall as she enters.
She promises to care for Jaya using home remedies, despite Kaki’s taunts. Vasundara supports Vaiju’s methods, resulting in a heated argument with Ranvijay, who prefers conventional medicine. Vaiju’s remedies reduce Jaya’s fever, earning praise from Vasundara and further irritating Ranvijay. Vasundara chastises him for his constant criticism of Vaiju, urging him to treat her better, prompting him to leave in frustration.
