Arjun arrives at the training center, where Kaashvi promptly informs him that he’s late for the session. Ignoring her statement, he insists on speaking with her. Kaashvi, however, refuses, stating she has no interest in conversing with him. Undeterred, Arjun forcefully pulls her aside.
Meanwhile, Jagadish questions Shanti about the sticky nature of the soap oil. He mentions that Karun could have slipped if Romila hadn’t intervened. Suspicious, he asks Shanti why she seems to be targeting Karun. Shanti denies any ill intentions, asking him why she would save Karun if she wanted to harm him. Pleading for his trust, she convinces him to believe her.
Jagadish agrees but warns her to be cautious in the future. He decides to send the soap oil bottle to the laboratory for testing, intending to keep a close watch on Shanti. Reflecting on the situation, Shanti acknowledges Jagadish’s intelligence, considering him sharper than both Kaashvi and Arjun.
Kaashvi warns Arjun that his behavior could lead to his suspension. Arjun, undeterred, challenges her to expel him from the training center, just as she ejected him from her life seven years ago. Their painful history resurfaces as Kaashvi reminds him of his betrayal.
Arjun, regretful, acknowledges his wrongdoing, attributing it to his intoxicated state. He admits that he never intended to betray Kaashvi and would have acted differently if he had known her feelings for him at the time.
His revelation stuns Kaashvi. Arjun boldly asserts his belief that she still loves him, asserting that he was her first love. Kaashvi, taken aback, denies his claim, questioning the source of his information. Arjun challenges her to acknowledge her feelings for him, but she tearfully rebuffs him.
Despite her emotional turmoil, Arjun embraces her, only to be pushed away. Kaashvi asserts that while she once loved him, it is irrelevant now, as they are both married to other people.
He confesses that he loved her in the past but didn’t confess because he believed she didn’t love him. He questions why she never confessed her love to him. He reflects on how different their lives would have been if she had. She counters, revealing that he loved Mahima and their marriage was a compromise for him. She recalls how Arjun didn’t even want to see her face.
He admits that he fell in love with her after their marriage and asserts his enduring love for her. He tenderly kisses her forehead and embraces her, as the title song plays in the background. She pushes him away, stating that it’s futile to discuss it as everything has changed. He implores her to acknowledge that she still loves him.
Aditya arrives and reprimands Arjun, who warns him not to interfere between him and Kaashvi. Aditya reminds Arjun that he is Kaashvi’s husband and warns him to stay away. He then takes Kaashvi away. Arjun, to himself, remains convinced that Kaashvi loves him.
