Rajat calls Harsh late at night. Harsh, irritated, asks if Rajat isn’t satisfied after their earlier conversation at the party and warns him against drunk-dialing respectable people. Rajat thanks Harsh sarcastically, claiming Harsh inadvertently motivated him by reminding him of what he’s lost. He vows to destroy Harsh, revealing that Ashika only loves his wealth and will leave him once it’s gone.
Harsh laughs at Rajat’s bitterness, likening his current state to a dog with a stepped-on tail. Undeterred, Rajat asserts himself as an elephant who will trample everything in his path, challenging Harsh to a game where he will take everything from him, including Ashika. Enraged, Harsh throws his phone and vows to crush Rajat instead.
Savi returns from walking her puppy Chocolate. Spotting Rajat, she remembers his mother’s opinion of her and decides to confront him. She stops Rajat and insists on discussing Sai. Rajat dismisses her as another gold digger. They enter an elevator together. Savi persists, explaining her concern for Sai as a neighbor and teacher.
Rajat accuses her of having ulterior motives and asks if she has a headache pill handy. Undeterred, Savi expresses her worry about Sai overhearing negative remarks about her mother, questioning what’s wrong between Sai’s parents.
Rajat loses his temper, shouting at Savi to stop meddling in his and Sai’s lives, reminding her she’s just a teacher. Savi, stunned, looks at him as Chocolate playfully encircles them, causing them to accidentally collide. Their eyes lock for a moment.
The lift doors open. Bhagyashree apologizes to Meera’s parents for Rajat’s behavior, standing nearby. Her shock is palpable when she sees Rajat and Savi standing intimately together. Memories flood Bhagyashree’s mind — Rajat’s favoritism towards Savi, finding Savi’s bracelet at home, and more. Overwhelmed, she lashes out at Savi, accusing her of ensnaring her son and demanding she leave him alone.
Isha overhears the commotion and warns Bhagyashree not to speak rudely to her daughter. Spotting Rajat, Isha warmly greets him. Bhagyashree, still seething, condemns Savi as shameless. Isha, intrigued, mentions seeing Rajat’s profile on Savi’s Inpad, questioning if they are dating. Despite the tension, Isha invites Rajat inside. Savi tries to defuse the situation, suggesting they all enter the house first.
As Harini and Urmila step out of the lift, Urmila asks if they were informed of their visit. Harini explains that Urmila’s Delhi flight was delayed, so she decided to visit. Isha, seizing the moment, introduces Urmila to Rajat. Urmila hesitates, referring to him as “Savi’s Rajat.
” Savi attempts to clarify the misunderstanding. Bhagyashree, still upset, demands to know why Urmila referred to him that way. Isha intervenes sharply, warning Bhagyashree to keep her distance and admonishing Rajat about their ill-mannered neighbor situation, emphasizing that one can choose a house but not a neighbor.
